Our foundation

Intelligence Hub

A knowledge system that keeps pace with AI development.

Generative AI is changing knowledge work faster than studies are published. Our Intelligence Hub continuously brings together what leaders in companies, the major AI labs, research and consulting know about it, and connects it into insights you can base decisions on.

What it is about

The hub pursues one goal: to understand how generative AI is changing knowledge work. It looks at this question systemically, across every level at which the change shows.

  1. TasksWhere does AI take work off people’s plates, and where does work shift from producing to reviewing?
  2. RolesHow are roles and profiles changing, and which skills are becoming more important?
  3. Departments and functionsHow will HR, sales, procurement or IT work in future, for example?
  4. OrganisationHow are structures, governance, leadership and learning changing?
  5. Business modelHow are value creation, demand and what customers pay for changing?
  6. SocietyHow are professions, training and the routes into work changing?

The levels are connected: when tasks shift, roles, learning paths and structures change, and in the end business models too. That is why the hub does not collect individual facts but connects insights across the levels.

This needs a clear reference date: if you do not know what generative AI can do today, you can hardly assess where you stand.

Because new podcast conversations keep coming in, the hub shows how companies are already building the available technology into real business processes and products. That is a reality check and, at the same time, a store of experience on how people become more productive with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Blockbrain, Langdock and the like. We evaluate this knowledge continuously and bring it in so that you can make better decisions.

What the hub is made of

Five context systems feed the hub. Three provide content, the editorial team connects and evaluates it, and if you wish, the context of your organisation is added. What goes into the hub are insights, not raw data.

What it delivers

For everyone: KI-Denkraum

KI-Denkraum presents insights from relevant podcast conversations across the AI ecosystem, selected and condensed by our editorial team: in monthly editions, collections on transformation, leadership and use cases, and quarterly reports. If you wish, you can analyse them with your organisation’s own AI assistant: Claude, ChatGPT, Langdock, Blockbrain, Copilot and the like.

For your organisation: individual consulting

For your organisation, we put the whole hub to work, aligned with your context and your questions, one-off or ongoing:

  • Live format: Where do we stand with AI? In 180 minutes, your leadership team and AI core team build a shared picture: where generative AI stands today, what other organisations are already doing with it, how they steer AI and what you can take from it.
  • Research reports: answers to your own questions, which usually arise from the live format.
  • Individual quarterly reports: focused on your industry and on companies you choose.
  • Interim AI core team: Our interim consulting also works with the hub: as your external research partner and when an AI idea becomes a project.

Your next step

Tell us briefly where you stand with AI and what is on your mind. In an initial conversation of 30 to 45 minutes, we clarify what suits you: the live format, a research report, individual quarterly reports or KI-Denkraum.
