Where do we stand with AI?
In 180 minutes, your leadership team and AI core team build a shared picture: where generative AI stands today, what other organisations are already doing with it and how they steer AI. From this, you derive the questions and next steps that matter for your organisation.

Fresh perspectives, not ready-made answers
The live format does not solve your organisation’s questions in three hours. It gives you fresh perspectives: what other organisations are doing with AI, how they do it and what works. You apply this to your own status quo and derive the right questions and steps from it.
This lets you see where you stand: towards the back, in the middle or ahead.
The 180 minutes
Beforehand: in a short questionnaire or a preliminary conversation, we find out where your organisation stands today. It is optional, but it helps us tailor the 180 minutes as closely as possible to your organisation and the participants.
Then come three parts:
- Where AI stands: what generative AI can do today and where it is heading, drawn from current conversations, publications and studies.
- What others are doing: what other organisations are already doing with AI, including in your industry. This shows you where you stand.
- How others steer AI: how organisations steer AI, what works and what does not, and whether you should change anything.
At the end, you have the questions and next steps that matter for you.
The format is prepared from our Intelligence Hub.

- Individual quarterly reports: what is happening with AI in your industry, focused on companies you choose, such as competitors or role models. Every statement with source and date, plus our editorial team’s assessment.
What would this look like for you?
Briefly describe where you stand and which questions are open. In a first conversation of 30 to 45 minutes, we clarify what the live format would look like for you, who takes part and when it takes place.
To enable us to develop a suitable concept and a specific proposal promptly afterwards, we use AI systems that comply with data protection requirements to record and transcribe the conversation, with your consent.
