AI enablement for leaders
Leading when AI joins the team
For leaders, including those who lead without a formal management role, who want to use generative AI confidently themselves and guide their team through the change. The programme combines hands-on practice with the question of what AI changes for leadership, collaboration and the organisation.

The AI questions on leaders’ minds
AI tools have been introduced in many organisations, but knowledge, experience and confidence vary widely. At the same time, leaders are expected to assess the potential and drive change. Three questions are at the heart of this:
- How do we give employees direction when tasks change and people worry about their jobs?
- How do the role of leaders, responsibility for results and the assessment of performance change when AI contributes to the work?
- How do we use the time we gain wisely, make sure early-career colleagues still build expertise, and develop our goals and ways of working?
Where the programme leads
The aim is for participants to understand what generative AI can and cannot do, and what this means for themselves, their team and the organisation.
For themselves
- Use AI in their own work: delegate tasks, check results and take responsibility for them
- Use AI as a sparring partner, for example to prepare decisions and difficult conversations
For their own team
- Give direction when tasks and roles change
- Foster a culture in which AI use is discussed openly and mistakes become lessons
For the organisation
- Identify suitable use cases and derive next steps
- Translate the organisation’s AI goals into everyday work
How it can run
We agree on the structure and focus with each organisation. Typical steps:
- Preparation: alignment with your project team and an anonymous questionnaire on knowledge levels and open questions.
- Workshop: applying AI yourself. Participants work with the tools approved in your organisation, using examples from their everyday leadership work.
- Workshop: shaping leadership and collaboration. What changes for tasks, roles and decisions, and what does that mean for one’s own leadership?
- Wrap-up: a review with your project team and recommendations on how to continue.
Each workshop is followed by a short online exchange: sharing experiences, answering questions, sharpening next steps.
At a glance
- Duration: for a single group, one day or spread over one to two weeks; with more participants, several groups and correspondingly longer.
- Groups: typically up to 15 people, so that everyone can work hands-on and have their say.
- Location: workshops on site or online; the exchanges take place online.
- Language: German or English.
- Tools: the AI tools approved in your organisation, for example Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT or Langdock.
Facilitation

Lennart Gehl designs and leads the programme. He combines experience from technology and large corporate environments, including Microsoft and LinkedIn, with change management, coaching and human-AI communication.
We often facilitate together with partners, for example specialists in Microsoft 365 and Copilot. With two facilitators, one can moderate while the other helps with technical questions, without interrupting the group’s learning.
A first conversation
In a conversation of 30 to 45 minutes, we explore whether and in what form the programme suits you: where your leaders stand today, what is on their minds in everyday work and how many people should take part.
To enable us to develop a suitable concept and a specific proposal promptly afterwards, we use AI systems that comply with data protection requirements to record and transcribe the conversation.
